Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed immediately your payment is confirmed and within 2 – 5 hours of placement, and a tracking number sent to you from monday-Sunday.

Shipping Methods: We offer:

  • Standard Ground Shipping (3-7 business days): $10 (free on orders over $400) Notify Us
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 days): $20
  • Overnight Shipping (24 hours ): $35
    Delivery Areas: We ship to all 50 states, and world wide addresses.
    Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
    Signature Requirement: We require a signature upon delivery for all orders over $1000
  • We use UPS and FedEx for all US clients and DHL for overseas clients.

Refund Policy

Incase the client does not receive the product after 3 days, we can reship or refund the clients money with no problems

Return Window: Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery
Eligibility: Items must be in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact
Refund Options:

  • Full refund to original payment method
  • Store credit
  • Exchange for a different product (if applicable)

  • Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error
    Refund Processing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days of receiving returned items

Special Notes

Products: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the packaging has been opened or tampered with.
Glassware and Accessories:If an item arrives broken or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund.
International Shipping: We do not ship internationally at this time.
